These Terms of Use ("Terms of Use") govern how you may access, interact with and use the Visionary Network platform ("Platform"), including the website at visionarynetwork.pro, the Discord community server, course materials, the shop, coaching services and all related tools and features operated by Visionary Network ("we", "us"), operated by Leandro Binar.
These Terms of Use apply to all users, members, guests, affiliates, partners, coaches, moderators and any other person accessing any part of the Platform.
Compliance with these Terms of Use is a condition of your continued access to the Platform. These rules exist to protect every member of this community and to ensure that Visionary Network remains the kind of environment it was built to be: serious, ambitious, respectful and valuable.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement. Individuals under 18 are strictly prohibited from accessing or using any part of the Platform.
You must be legally permitted to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you. You may not use the Platform if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law.
Accounts are strictly personal. You may not create an account on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account.
You are permitted to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes consistent with these Terms of Use, including:
Any use not expressly permitted in these Terms of Use or the Terms of Service is prohibited unless we have provided prior written consent.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate permanent account termination without refund:
All content you post, share, upload or otherwise contribute to the Platform, including messages, comments, profile information, links and files, must comply with the following standards:
Content must be truthful and not misleading. You may not present fabricated results, invented testimonials, inflated credentials or false claims about yourself, your business or your outcomes.
Content must comply with all applicable laws. You may not post content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy rights, or any other legal right of any third party.
Content must be contextually appropriate for the channel or forum in which it is posted. Off-topic promotional content, self-promotion without permission from moderators, or repetitive posting of the same content is not permitted.
Content must be respectful of all community members regardless of background, nationality, gender, religion, age or professional level. Derogatory, discriminatory or dehumanising language is not permitted under any circumstances.
If you post any content that recommends or promotes a financial product, investment strategy or business opportunity in which you have a commercial interest, you must clearly disclose that interest. Undisclosed financial promotion may constitute a legal offence under applicable law.
The Visionary Network community, primarily operated through Discord, is a private, curated environment. The following standards govern behaviour across all community channels, voice rooms and direct messages initiated through the Platform:
All communication in main public channels must be in English to ensure every member can participate equally and moderators can effectively maintain community standards.
Debate, disagreement and critique are welcome. Personal attacks, hostility and bad-faith arguments are not. Challenge ideas, not people.
You may not use the community to send unsolicited direct messages to other members for promotional, solicitation or recruitment purposes. Members who report receiving unsolicited DMs may result in the sender's account being suspended.
Moderators have the authority to issue warnings, remove content, mute, kick or ban users in accordance with community standards. Moderator decisions must be respected. Appeals can be directed to info@visionarynetwork.pro. Arguing with, insulting or circumventing moderator actions is grounds for immediate permanent ban.
If you have a grievance with a moderator, staff member or management, address it privately through the appropriate channel. Publicly airing disputes, making accusations or attempting to rally community members against staff is not permitted.
All proprietary content on the Platform, including course materials, workbooks, templates, frameworks, video recordings, audio content, community resources and any other materials produced by Visionary Network or its coaches, is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed, adapted or shared without prior written consent.

You may not systematically download or cache course content for offline use beyond any functionality we explicitly provide for this purpose.
Breach of this section may constitute a violation of applicable computer fraud and misuse laws, and we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.
